I am quite new to setting up and configuring web servers and I can't seem to figure this out. I am trying to install the PHP GD library on my machine, but I get an error I don't know how to solve.
I executed the command : sudo yum install php-gd
And got the following:
Error: Package: php-gd-5.3.3-27.el6_5.i686 (updates)
Requires: php-common(x86-32) = 5.3.3-27.el6_5
Installed: php-common-5.4.27-1.el6.remi.i686 (@remi)
php-common(x86-32) = 5.4.27-1.el6.remi
Available: php-common-5.3.3-26.el6.i686 (base)
php-common(x86-32) = 5.3.3-26.el6
Available: php-common-5.3.3-27.el6_5.i686 (updates)
php-common(x86-32) = 5.3.3-27.el6_5
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Also, I used the following repositories:
sudo rpm -Uvh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
sudo rpm -Uvh http://rpms.famillecollet.com/enterprise/remi-release-6.rpm
Any ideas about how to solve this?
Thanks a lot in advance!
