Server OptimizationInitial Server Setup

Hi, I’m still new to all this.
I’m running a Facebook Game, but Facebook demands SSL certificate on my SWF server to load all external flash files.

I’ve tried searching it in the site interface and the ask board too, but I couldn’t find anything.

Hello,

It would depend on your exact server setup, but for example if you are using Apache you could follow the steps in this tutorial:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-apache-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-18-04

Or if you are using Nginx, you could follow the steps here:

Hope that this helps!
Regards,
Bobby

In this tutorial, we will show you how to use Let's Encrypt to obtain a free SSL certificate and use it with Nginx on Ubuntu 18.04. We will also show you how to automatically renew your SSL certificate. If you're running a different web server, simply follow your web server's documentation to learn how to use the certificate with your setup.
