Our repo has the built html in the /dist directory - how can I get the deploy to point to it instead of the root directoy?

Hello, this can be achieved using source_dir property for your static site component in the app spec. For example something like this:

- name: frontend
  environment_slug: html
    repo: digitalocean/sample-monorepo
    branch: main
  source_dir: dist

We can see it used in the monorepo sample. Hope this helps!

  • “source_dir: dist” doesnt work. I’ve just forked sample-mono project and feed it to DO App Platform and got “Sorry, we couldn’t find an app in your repo”.
