What is the reason for this report?

How do I point the static site component at a subdirectory within the repo (/dist)?

Our repo has the built html in the /dist directory - how can I get the deploy to point to it instead of the root directoy?

Hello, this can be achieved using source_dir property for your static site component in the app spec. For example something like this:

static_sites:
- name: frontend
  environment_slug: html
  github:
    repo: digitalocean/sample-monorepo
    branch: main
  source_dir: dist

We can see it used in the monorepo sample. Hope this helps!
