How do i prevent this bug from happening

Hello.
I keep getting this bug https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/52869044/IMG_07092015_182753.png
I don’t know what is causing it. Restarting the VPS brings me to the emergency mode, how can I prevent this from happening..

If you are unable to boot into your Droplet, please open a support ticket so the team can investigate more closely.

Regarding the “Perf samples too long” messages, those in themselves may not be a problem. Perf is a tool built into the Linux kernel for profiling with performance. It will automatically adjust the CPU sample rate. Though it could be triggered by a high system load.
