i had some problem related to the error 500 on my websites and also wordpress admin panel is not working error 500 is to be display on screen.server is setup on ubuntu 16.0.4 with lamp i work without the cpanel so give me some code to fix the errors

These are the error log and out put i find.
i tried the error log. It give me permission denied. Kindly assist further, please.
