If you’re open to using NGINX, I can help you there. I use and keep up with NGINX far more than I do Apache because I find it far easier to work with and far less cluttered.
Of course, if you want something super-simple to work with – something far easier than both NGINX or Apache, I’d recommend giving Caddy a go.
You can build your own version on the website, download it, upload it to your server, provide a much smaller configuration set and then run it.
