I want to take advantage of the free email aliases that you can get with google domains so I’d like to transfer all of my DNS settings out of DigitalOcean to Google Domains. (this is one of their requirements that your domain uses googles nameservers in order to use those free alias accounts.)
Will I just need to manually write all the DNS records over there on google?
Also, what are the implications for my Discourse Community site and for my Wordpress site?
