How do I transfer dns from DigitalOceal to Google Domains?

I want to take advantage of the free email aliases that you can get with google domains so I’d like to transfer all of my DNS settings out of DigitalOcean to Google Domains. (this is one of their requirements that your domain uses googles nameservers in order to use those free alias accounts.)

Will I just need to manually write all the DNS records over there on google?

Also, what are the implications for my Discourse Community site and for my Wordpress site?

Some DNS administrations will give you a chance to import that, some won’t. I don’t know whether Google will. Else, you’ll simply need to enter them physically. Free online essay help service

Hey friend,

On this page you can click More, and then Download Zone:

Some DNS services will let you import that, some won’t. I’m not sure if Google will. Otherwise, you’ll just have to enter them manually.

There are zero implications for your websites, as long as the DNS records are set properly on their side before you change the nameservers.

I think you need to manually enter everything. Try it.
