I bought a domain name (hailahustle.net) from hostpoa.co.ke. I tried to get it hosted at Digital ocean yesterday but now I need it hosted by other servers.
I need it moved from digital ocean to 35.201.227.121.
How can I do that?

The DNS registrar will offer the ability to change IP addresses in the main control panel. This is a standard feature of all DNS registrars and note that once you change it, it will take 3 hours (typically) to change.
If you want to migrate your application than this needs a bit techie work.
