Recently, my newly created droplet has been locked by DO staffs. I don’t know whats wrong. Even i am unable to follow their documentation. Please tell me what can i do next? I really need it within 18th this month.

Thanks for reaching out. I took a look and appears that you have resolved this issue with our support team. A droplet or account lock may be placed on an account for one of a few reasons. Usually this is either due to non-payment or an abuse issue. If a droplet under your control becomes compromised and is a threat to the network or other users’ droplets an account may be locked until the issue is resolved. In all cases, if a lock is placed on your account or a droplet on your account you should open a ticket with our support team and they will guide you in resolving any issues and getting things re-activated.
