How do you get digital ocean to respond to support?

They ignore the support ticket. So one might make a new support ticket. They respond to the new ticket with a message saying don’t make a new ticket because it won’t get answered until the old ticket does… But wait a dog-gone minute… the original ticket still hasn’t been responded to… DigitalOcean has clearly gotten too big to give a crap about us, and you. Clearly. Move along… go anywhere but here. The support ship at DO has sunk to the bottom, and drowned their entire staff. RIP DO.

Sorry for the very delayed response here!

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

I’m hoping that you’ve now managed to get this resolved, but if not, do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support/abuse team so that I can get this followed up for you?
