How does digital ocean spaces work?

What if my storage space in droplet is already full, and I am using s3fs for an image folder in my web app, will i still be able to store images in that folder even the droplet storage is full? Please enlighten me I’m a newbie with Amazon S3 and DO Spaces.

Yes, this is correct, you can store files on your DigitalOcean space independently from your Droplet’s storage.
