How can i get my PHP Laravel uploaded to started accessing it from my domain? I am very new to DigitalOcean… Please help

I would recommend following this step by step tutorial here on how to install and configure Laravel on Ubuntu 18.04:
Once you have everything setup you can deploy your Laravel code either by pulling it from git or uploading it from your local PC via SFTP.
