how İnstall Cpanel & Plesk Panel? CentOS 7.0 x64 ?

cPanel does not yet support CentOS 7. You can read more on their progress here

Plesk has supported CentOS 7 since August and it can be installed with their installer which can be found here.

For either, a paid license will be required by the installer to complete the setup.

cPanel, L.L.C. supports all of the official production release kernels for these operating systems:

CentOS where Installations of cPanel & WHM on CentOS servers must use CentOS version 7

CloudLinux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Amazon Linux

cPanel is a third party application which is also available through our Marketplace. New installations of cPanel come with a 15 day free trial.
