Question

How is DO's technical customer support?

I’m considering digital ocean as our new enterprise hosting option. One aspect about which I can’t seem to find any info: how is DO’s technical customer support? I figured they don’t have a phone number. Do they respond to tickets quickly? Especially when seeing any issues with a production droplet, fast tech support is crucial. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, Linus
