Hi, It’s my first time using DigitalOcean storage. I created my account and paid $5 about two weeks ago, my page is still showing “We’re reviewing your account Your account is under review and you will shortly receive an email from us with any next steps.” I tried creating a ticket and they verified my PayPal email with me, but now it has been about two weeks already but I still can’t use the storage and they stopped repling me. How long does this verifing usually take?? It’s already taking too long, that’s very inconvinience

This is ridiculous. They created a Team account, let us transfer our data, work on it and redirect DNS and THEN locked us out and our site is not functional. If they have to verify, and I’m not sure why, (both team members assigned are verified D.O. individual users for years), why not do it during account creation, before allowing us to get halfway through server transfer…
More importantly they don’t seem to be actually asking for any info or help to ‘verify’ that I am me, surely I know something that can speed this charade along to a conclusion…
