How long i have to wait for my ticket submit?

I did open my tickets problem because my account has been locked with unknow reason.

Now it’s been 2 day after i open that ticket and i think it’s enough for Digital Ocean.

I can’t let my product has been locked as hostage by you

So i open new ticket for Close my account so i want to ask **How long i have to wait for you delete my account, and of cause i use free ticket for test it have more 90$ and real credit card for open account I will not paid any bill after this
