So disappointed really,
We spend thousands of dollar on DO, and when face an issue we dont get support?!!!
The issue is in their platform (Change snapshot owner) is not working, Its not a droplet or network issue, we have a team of professional System admin and we never asked for support from DO, but this case is not in our hands, its a bug in their platform.
Opened a ticket yesterday, and till this moment its not solved.
Maybe we will switch to Google or AWS, a little higher price, but we get customer service at least.
