How to add 2FA to a new phone
One of our team members got a new phone. How do we set up 2FA on this phone?

Note that I tried deleting the user and adding them again and that didn’t work. It was as if the person was never removed and re-added. 2FA was on.
I am an account owner, but see no mechanism for disabling and re-enabling 2FA.
