How to add a default index.html landing page and javascript libraries to a marketplace mastodon droplet?

I created a mastodon instance from the marketplace onto a droplet. I would like to add a landing page at the root of my domain, before having a link to take the user to the mastodon instance. Is this possible with the default configuration of a mastodon droplet?

Hi there,

I just checked the Nginx configuration for the Mastodon’s Droplet and as it is proxying all of the traffic to the Mastadon instance, it will not be doable without some configuration changes.

You could either change the / locaiton of the Nginx to point to a different directory so you could upload your static files there or modify the Mastadon files instead.

Regards, Bobby
