I followed the tutorial from that link to add a domain to an app. I selected the option “You manage your domain”, copy cname alias and create a record in go daddy dns configuration, and set cname alias copied from digital occean, but doesnt work. Did I do something wrong? Any Ideas? Thanks for help
I copied the CNAME Alias (yellow mark)

DNS propagation can sometimes take up to 48 hours. You might need to wait a little bit longer for the DNS to start resolving from the updated IP address.
You can use our DNS lookup tool to ensure the DNS settings are correct:

which one did you follow :
Option 1: Using DigitalOcean’s Nameservers
or
Option 2: Using a CNAME Pointer
You need to use one of them.
Anyway, please note that DNS changes can propagate up to 48 hours, however in this day and age is faster so a realistic approach would be if it’s not propagated up to 7-8 hours than it’s not configured properly.
As for the pictures, do you have a record for your root domain and not just the www one?
