Hi there,

In case that by Private Email, you are referring to the email service offered by Namecheap, what you could do is:

  • Get your DNS records from Namecheap.
  • Go to your active DNS zone, you can check that by running whois yourdomain.com and look for the name servers listed there.
  • If you are using the DigitalOcean name servers, you can add your DNS records by following the steps here:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/networking/dns/how-to/manage-records/

  • If you are using different name servers, go to your DNS provider and add the DNS records there.
