Hello guys, can anyone teach me how to backup all the file in the cloud server? I have zero knowledge about the cloud storage but I do know how does the website hosting works, can it be like website hosting we can download all the backup file from the FTP?

The most-complete way would be to take a snapshot of the droplet (or enable backups). At this time you cannot download snapshots or backups from the system.
If the requirement is to download a copy of the backup you can look into things like rsync, bacula, or good old fashioned tar & gz.
