Check out How To Set Up a Host Name with DigitalOcean | DigitalOcean. Once you've followed that tutorial and made sure that everything is working properly, you can set your Wordpress Site URL to your domain name instead of your IP address.

This article explains how to manage your DNS records using the DigitalOcean Control Panel and can help you decide if DigitalOcean's DNS management tools are right for your situation.

Go to GoDaddy domain panel and change the nameservers to the digitalocean's nameservers (image)
Then just to the DNS Zone File tab and make sure that the record there point to your host ip.
Then in digital ocean panel you go to DNS > Click the 'Add Domain' button
Name is your actual domain
IP Address is the ip of the host
and in the select you choose ur droplet
