Now, I using shared host because, easy to working has automatic backup, no need maintain by self (maintain working by host owner include OS upgrading, bug fix). I ever use VPS for short time and now we plan to have new hosting for long term. Now, I’m interest your hosting. I hope to know completely for all question.
I have question about bug fix and upgrading OS. When OS is older and need to be upgrade or bug fix, Your (Digital Ocean) will upgrading the system for me or by self .
If had module for automatic upgrading and fix bug, It’s useful.
If Digital Ocean is prepare every droplets with upgrading and bug fix. It’s so good, we don’t know when has bug found and when news bug fix module is already for update. upgrading and bug fix is need very carefully.
Other question about backup is resolve by CS email.

Please, I know VPS is unmanage. However, I want to prepare my self before using this host.
Once you create your droplet we have no access to your OS or filesystem. You can use the built in tools within the OS you select to upgrade as needed or set up automatic updates. Doing this manually can be done with:
Ubuntu/Debian
apt-get update;
apt-get upgrade;
CentOS / Fedora 21
yum update
Fedora 22
dnf update
Thank you, When have bug like haeartbeat we should to bug fix (upgrading module) by self right?
