How to create VPN between GCP (GKE or Instance) and Droplet (like on-premise)

I did create VPN with ipsec and strongswan but not see instance (GCP) from droplet, but GCP to droplet yes it do.

    It’s a great article about vpn road warrior but I need something site-to-site with GCP VPN.
    The problem is that I do not see the private instance of GCP, but instance of GCP if it see the droplet.
