How to email customers their Droplet information. Using DigitalOcean as a hosting company/SaaS business.

I am in the process of developing a hosting/SaaS business using DigitalOcean. I already have the Droplet creation done, but now I need the Droplet’s root information (username, password, etc) to be emailed to my customer. I have heard people say you can use SSH keys, but would this be as user-friendly? I’m still pretty new to this.

I’m open to all suggestions, and if you need more information please ask.

Thank you for your help in advance!

My advice: consider use Webmin

Webmin is a modern, web control panel for any Linux machine. It allows you to administer your server through an simple interface. In this tutorial, you'll install and configure Webmin on a Debian 10 server and secure access to the interface with a valid certificate using Let's Encrypt.

I decided to use SSH keys instead. The client is supposed to easily create their own SSH key in which they would use that for their VM. In the long run, this provides WAY more security.
