Question

How to find Ghost's 'img' folder via SFTP connection?

  • Posted October 9, 2014

Hi everyone, complete noob here.

I’m running Ghost 0.5.2 on Ubuntu 14.04.

The major task is: to find an ‘img’ folder, which belongs to installed ghost theme (as shown here).

For this purporse I created SFTP connection via FileZilla according to following tutorial, but I don’t see anything even similar with my theme’s catalogue structure. Screen of server’s ‘root’ dirrectory here:

Please, guys, help with advice how can I find my theme’s ‘img’ folder on a server and upload some images via SFTP?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

On our Ghost one-click image you can find the Ghost files in /var/www/ghost. When logging in as root you start out in the /root directory. You will need to change up a directory to access the root of your disk image and then navigate to /var/www/ghost.
