How to get access to a powered cycle droplet?

Posted on July 13, 2015

Hi, I was using a joomla-ubuntu one click image. Suddenly something weird happens with MySql and the filesystem, I couldn’t navigate. So I power off and power on the droplet with no response. I access the droplet via web console access and get this logs:

I appreciate so much your help.

This appears to be a filesystem issue which is preventing the droplet from fully booting. You will need to open a ticket with our support team. They will be able to reboot your droplet using our Recovery ISO, this live debian environment includes a menu based system that will allow you to run a filesystem repair on your droplet’s disk as well as other utilities allowing you to mount the filesystem and take any actions needed to try and resolve the issue.
