Hello guys,
I need help, I want the user to only have access to Home Dictionary and nothing else? Can someone give me simple step by step on how to do this?

If only sftp it is easier, just allow sftp only access & chroot to a new directory https://bensmann.no/restrict-sftp-users-to-home-folder/
If you want to allow ssh access, you need to create a chroot jail, more complicated. http://allanfeid.com/content/creating-chroot-jail-ssh-access
P.S. The chroot directory must be owned by root and not writable other than root
