#UPDATE:

DigitalOcean now has a pre-configured .NET Core w/ PowerShell on 16.04 one-click. This is essentially an Ubuntu 16.04 x64 droplet with the dot net core AND powershell pre-installed.

More documentation on .Net Core here and Powershell here.

Read more about using the .NET Core w/ PowerShell on 16.04 in this tutorial: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-the-net-core-with-powershell-one-click-image

Visual Studio is a capable Integrated Development Environment (IDE) where you really compose your C# or DOTNET projects. It’s well known in light of the fact that it bolsters code altering, interface plan, server administration, investigating, and execution examination. You can download Visual Studio for nothing.

.WHAT IS VISUAL STUDIO, AND HOW DOES IT FIT INTO ALL OF THIS?
