(I am a real beginner) I would like to create a copy of my site for testing. When i make a clone the ip address/admin goes to the active website how can I change that? that way they are two separate "sites" one being the active site and the other being a testing site with the same info as the original site
So I followed this tut https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-linux-apache-mysql-php-lamp-stack-on-ubuntu
And everything worked just fine, but when I enter myip/phpmyadmin the page docent exist?
Also when I create the file info.php the file dosent exist either?
Am I missing something? The apache startups fine, but anything else docent work?
I have a webpage but slow (hosting is slow) however, I don't want to touch the domain there.
Now, I have few new pages want to host in digitalOcean as it is fast and I want to named it as....
1. buy a webhosting service in DigitalOcean and have a fixed IP.
2. add a new A-record in my existing hosting and point to the new DigitalOcean iP.
Is the cheapest webhosting plan also provide IP this purpose?
I just purchased digital ocean yesterday. I logged in with 2 different IP addresses. I was about to create a droplet today but I couldn't because you temporarily blocked me. Please fix this asap!
