How to Increase upload limits at Wordpress site (Nginx server)

I have installed wordpress with LEMP and want to import old wordpress files into it. I got error about limit file upload. I follow tutorial from here https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-install-wordpress-nginx-php-and-varnish-on-ubuntu-12-04
== Sorry, there has been an error. File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.
