How to install ISPConfig 3 on CentOS 7 with LEMP?

First of all, hi to everyone, Digital Ocean it´s perfect for me to learn and to create projects. I hope to be very active here.
I have a server running CentOS 7 with LEMP but now I need to configure my email accounts and I found ISPConfig 3. And searching in Google I also found this:

But when I open /etc/hosts this is before de config parameters:

Your system has configured ‘manageetchosts’ as True.

As a result, if you wish for changes to this file to persist

then you will need to either

a.) make changes to the master file in /etc/cloud/templates/hosts.tmpl

b.) change or remove the value of 'manageetchosts’ in

/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg or cloud-config from user-data

where should I configure as requested in the link provided before?

I am running a droplet with Plesk.
Most of the config files have something similar added to the header.

As I understood, if you make changes to /etc/hosts that would not be persistent and after a server reboot (or most likely) a reconfiguration/rebuild of files the changes would disappear.
If you make the changes in the tmpl file that would be persistent no matter what, since you are modifying the actual template based on which the configuration files are generated.

It really comes down to what you need: a persistent modification or a “temporary” one (that you would be able to fix - if something goes wrong - in no time by regenerating based on the template files)
Hope it helps!

CentOS 7 has a lot problem with ISPConfig 3. Change to CentOS 6.5
