There are many plugin available to copy your full site and then upload on new hosting. eg: ALL in one WP Migration

First you have to make an installation of Wordpress, search in the website to find the one for your Droplet OS. Then go here https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-migrate-wordpress-from-shared-hosting-to-a-cloud-server-with-zero-downtime and follow the instructions.

Which OS are you using for your Droplet?

What you will have to do is export the files in the document root of the old host and transfer them to your new droplet, and then export the old host’s database .sql file; You can run the contents of the .sql file in phpMyAdmin which you should be able to find on your cPanel installation.
