Add add the sub domain to your DNS Zonefile and point it to your droplets IP. You will need to configure your webserver or service accordingly to properly route the sub domain to the intended destination.
Is it possible in one droplet there are *3 applications *and each subdomain is pointed to each different application?
name.site.com --> point to droplet A in app-1
nami.site.com -->point to droplet A in app-2
namo.site.com -->point to droplet A in App-3
You can have any number off apps independently running within one droplet *
(resources permitting or course).
Depending on your applications you may need to configure a reverse proxy.
This is a good start using NGINX - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/understanding-nginx-http-proxying-load-balancing-buffering-and-caching
