Remote login into my droplet
Droplet OS is Ubuntu 14.04.1
I am starting a web-server using Python code from the command prompt
Web-server is up and running
Now I need to run e.g. http://0.0.0.0.1234 request from the command line, but I cannot as the command line is running webserver.

As far as running a browser in the console, there are a few out there with minimal support for modern web technologies. If you do not need to execute javascript in the page going with something like curl, elinks, lynx, or w3m may do the trick for you.
If your web server is blocking the console you may want to run it from within a
screensession. This will allow you to execute your server and be able to switch and run another command from the console.
