I have already running nginx server (Ubuntu LEMP on 14.04) but I need add SSL module to them. How to safely add new module without losing all config, db and long stop site running?

I believe that the ssl module is installed by default and should already be available to you. It is included in the Ubuntu packages used to build the one-click and enabling SSL for your site should just be a matter of adding a certificate and the appropriate configuration.
If you want to get set up with a free SSL certificate for your droplet, this guide will walk you through setting up a LetsEncrypt certificate.
