I have a droplet and domain at DigitalOcean. I’ve added users and I’m logging into their mail accounts with ThunderBird. I can send and receive mail between these users, but I can’t get mail from these mail accounts to Gmail and vice versa. No error. Also, when I checked the BlackList status, I saw that my droplet-IP address is in the BlackList: RATS Spam, SORBS SPAM, UCEPROTECTL3. How can I solve the problem?

Having the IP address listed in
RATS Spam, SORBS SPAM, UCEPROTECTL3.
will likely cause issue with the outgoing mail deliverability (mostly due to SORBS). You can always request a delist and this should fix the issue in few hours, but there is a high possibility that the issue will occur again and this can be not your fault.As Bobby mentioned, please check our article on why you may not want to run your own mail server:

I’ll recommend you to use an explicit email provider like SendGrid or any other dedicated email provider. This will ensure your emails will be delivered successfully.
In the meantime you can request a delist from SORBS:
http://www.sorbs.net/cgi-bin/support
You’ll need to create an account and then request the delist. The other lists you’ve mentioned usually scan against SORBS database and use their data as reference. If the IP gets delisted from SORBS you should be good with the rest of the blacklists as well.
