We do not have a guide for RHEL 6 but the guide you linked for CentOS 7 (or RHEL 7) should allow you to complete the installation on CentOS/RHEL 6 as well. Looking it over I do not believe there is anything version specific in that tutorial. If you run into trouble with it, let us know and we can help troubleshoot here.
