i have tried many times on my droplet with this tutorial (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-an-openvpn-server-on-ubuntu-14-04) but i cant make my own openvpn server.
my client connection including proxy + non proxy, i dont know how to set up my server… but i have a client’s setting (.ovpn) from my friend’s server. but i want to make my own server, but i dont know how to set up server. . thanks for helping

I’ve created droplet with Ubuntu 14.10 and LAMP, and installed an OpenVPN using instructions from link you provided. I didn’t faced any issue with these instructions.
