We have a guide on how to setup Ceph on DigitalOcean using our Kubernetes platform. But generally speaking this is a large under taking and while require a fair amount of configuration and maintenance.

Alternatively, it is most likely best to just use our Spaces Object Storage which gives you everything you need, is fully managed, and you can simply add and retrieve your assets rather than worrying about the underlying implementation.
