How to switch on the larger General Purpose droplet?

Guys, please help!

We need to make a larger droplet and to choose a 120 or 240 General Purpose plan. But it asks me to create and verify account which is already, actually, verified.

I’ve created a support ticket but nobody has answered for a few days already. And tomorrow we have to launch project and the situation is crucial. Will be thankful for any help!
