How to transfer a Wordpress/Rails site from Dreamhost/Heroku to DigitalOcean?

Is there any documentation on how to transfer a Wordpress/Rails site from Dreamhost/Heroku to DigitalOcean respectively?

As of right now I’ve been with Dreamhost for 8 years and DigitalOcean for just under two . My plan is to move the remaining domains over to DO. I left two domain, both my Primary site and Blog as well as each domain being a Google Apps for Business provider. One site is Wordpress other is CodeIgniter plus each domain utilized Dreamhost’s unlimited space so I have a lot of testing and web apps in the $Home.

Have you found any viable options?

If I do, or if I manually make it happen seamlessly I’ll post a tutorial here for you.
