I have created a team, I transfered my credits to the team’s balance. All other members have “owner” roles. How can they transfer their credits to the team balance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer credits to your team account. What I have done instead is that I have initiated a PayPal refund for the payments you have credited to your personal account.
This should reflect in your account in the next 3-5 days post clearance from PayPal.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
