Hi,
My website domain https://wwww.shepherd.games is connected to digitalocean server by CName. I want to update the website. I found the index.html file but it has a different content, it shows 139.59.84.203
Can anyone tell me how to update my website. I tired searching for the answer at lot of webpages and tutorials but no help is found.

It would depend on the CMS or the framework that you are using, but you could use SSH or SFTP for example to upload your website files.
