I’m using DO Kubernetes 1.14 version, I would like to upgrade to 1.16.
I’ve clicked into “Upgrade Now button” to update to “1.14.10-do.2” , from 1.14.XX . Now the K8 index shows a green ball, but inside k8-cluster shows a blue spinner.
But dashboard says: “AVAILABLE UPGRADES This cluster is up to date: 1.14.10-do.2”
As doc says : "UPGRADING TO A NEW MINOR VERSION The on-demand process is required when upgrading your cluster to a new minor version of Kubernetes. " https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/kubernetes/how-to/upgrade-cluster/#new-minor-version
Should I create a new k8 cluster to use 1.16 or I have to wait a little?

After some time shows the “upgrade button” to 1.15 ,then it will show another one for 1.16 , I guess
