Hi, my tech guys are trying to upload the files via ftp to host instead of vps. They are facing trouble uploading.

Yes, that’s possible. I don’t know what your setup is, but usually you can use these settings with your favourite client:
Protocol: choose SFTP Server: your full domain name or IP user name: your sudo username (use “root” if you didn’t create a new user yet) Port: default port is 22 (except you changed that manually) Fill in your password and you should be good to go.
P.S.: allow me to note that it’s pretty strange that you request solutions for your “tech guys”. that’s their job isn’t it?
