Hi, i have a load balancing cluster that is made of 2 x haproxy load balancers, 2 x nginx web servers, MySql server and 2 x Glusterfs servers for file storage.
How can i install and use git remotly with the configuration above ?

The same way you’d run it if you only had only one computer which needed info from Github. You have a complex configuration, so you should just take one service at a time, and build up from there. Are you asking us to solve all of the different scenarios for each device that we can imagine? Really hard to get any more detailed in helping with this nebulous of a question.
