To enable DKIM on my domain. I cannot find where to add the txt in digital ocean. Can you point me in right direction?

You need to add the TXT file to your DNS settings on your Domain. Check where your DNS is being hosted for your domain and you can add the txt there.
If you are unsure where it’s hosted, you’ll need to see the Nameservers of your domain. Depending where your Nameservers are, the DNS is managed there.
