How to use Zoho in Digital Ocean

Hi,

I am using Digital Ocean as a domain host, using Wordpress for my website and I am looking at creating a dedicated business email address using Zoho.

Zoho’s instructions are as follows:

You need to configure the MX records of your domain in the DNS hosting provider (DNS Manager) to start receiving email to the users and groups created. You change the email service provider of the domain, only after this critical step.

MX Records (Mail eXchange) are the special entries in DNS that designate the email-receiving server of your domain. Ensure that you have created the required user accounts and group accounts, before changing the MX.

The MX Records of Zoho are:
Host Name Address Priority
@ mx.zoho.com.au 10
@ mx2.zoho.com.au 20
@ mx3.zoho.com.au 50

What should I do in Digital Ocean to be able to do this?
Thanks

WARNING! I haven’t set up Zoho yet, so treat this as a suggestion from one Aussie to another!

I can’t attach a screenshot, so I will try to explain it for you. If you go into DigitalOcean >>> Domains and select your domain name, you will see a tab called ‘MX’ underneath the domain name and 'Create New record’. Click on that tab, then add the following values into the respective boxes:

HOSTNAME: @

MAIL PROVIDERS MAIL SERVER: mx.zoho.com.au

PRIORITY: 10

TTL: You can leave it as-is, but if you temporarily change it to 300 it may speed up verification. Once it has been verified, you can swap it back to the default 14400.

Hit the big blue 'Create Record’ button, and wait for confirmation. Rinse and repeat for the next two. Let me know if that gets you going,I am looking at possibly using Zoho Mail myself.
